News TABLE SALE Held in the VILLAGE HALL on Saturday 21st March This was a great afternoon for getting rid of those nick-nacks you had become tired of looking at and fed up with dusting, or that vase - sadly the wrong colour since you redecorated, or just for making a bit more room in the airing cupboard. The event was a very friendly, well attended and successful village event with delicious tea & cakes to tempt and sustain, on a very cold afternoon. £81.80 was raised for the Village Hall Fund plus any profits made by the table entrepreneurs. A good time was had by all, and many unwanted treasures were successfully rehomed. Many thanks to everyone involved in organising and running this event.
